  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
  • A contract is formed only when payment is approved, and your credit/debit card has been charged
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

UK Delivery

We will ship goods to the delivery address specified in your order.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after you place your order.
  • Standard Delivery:
    • Arrives in 3–5 working days
    • Cost: £4.99
  • Next Day Delivery:
    • Arrives in 1–2 working days
    • Cost: £10
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery:
    • Delivered the next working day if ordered before 2 PM
    • Cost: £15
      (Excludes Saturday delivery)
  • Saturday Delivery:
    • Cost: £19.99
    • Orders must be placed before 2 PM on Friday
  • Please Note:
    • No deliveries on Bank Holidays.

International Delivery

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
  • Taxes & Duties: Please check your local tax and duty charges. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Standard Delivery: Available for most countries via Hermes
    • Express Delivery: Available for most countries via DHL

EU Delivery

Due to new EU regulations effective 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax, and VAT charges.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
  • If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for the return shipping cost.
  • Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.

US Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after you place your order.
  • Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for the return shipping cost.
  • Please check your local customs duty fees before finalizing your order.

Returns Policy

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
